These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GoLifeKit website and products. By purchasing or using GoLifeKit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our products.
1. The Product
GoLifeKit is a digital product — a set of Notion templates for habit tracking, budgeting, and goal planning. Upon purchase, you receive a link to duplicate the templates into your own Notion workspace, along with a setup guide.
2. License
When you purchase GoLifeKit, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates for your own personal use. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the templates with others.
- Publish the templates publicly or make them available for duplication by others.
- Claim the templates as your own original work.
3. Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment providers. Your purchase is a one-time payment that includes lifetime access and free updates to the version you purchased.
4. Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If GoLifeKit does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing hello@golifekit.com. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. After 14 days, purchases are non-refundable.
5. Delivery
GoLifeKit is delivered digitally. Access details are sent to the email address provided at checkout, usually immediately after payment. If you do not receive your access within a few hours, please check your spam folder or contact us.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and templates in GoLifeKit are the intellectual property of GoLifeKit and are protected by applicable copyright laws. Your license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
7. Disclaimer
GoLifeKit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific results from using the product. GoLifeKit is a productivity tool and is not a substitute for professional financial, medical, or psychological advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoLifeKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
9. Third-Party Services
GoLifeKit relies on Notion, a third-party service, to function. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of Notion or any other third-party service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
